DSCR deal flow is on fire right now, specifically 5-10 units. New York, Sacramento, Oakland, SF are littered with DSCR refis than the credit unions are not writing at this time.
Side Note: 5.5% on a DSCR is incredible.

No DSCR requirement on loans under 50% LTV as well.
