Cashout 50k on PA property
Client has a property in PA and wants to cashout 50k for rehab costs. Doesn't want to raise it.

Is it free and clear.....try a credit union for a Heloc....didn't indicate if primary or investment..don't know condition and if rehab is cosmetic or what....
