OP, is this B2B or B2C construction? It's kinda small for invoice factoring, but that's where you try to take this one if it's B2B. (Although people with MCAs generally don't like factoring, or they have senior debt already.....)

Good suggestion Micah! If MCA is the preferred route, you can try Capybara.. they make pretty good offers on Construction related files and have an efficient funding process.
