In trouble and putting him in more trouble isn't really the best option. And if you really want to help this merchant, reach out and I'm willing to do a conference call to see how we can repair the mess they have themselves. And at the same time you might learn about other loan options for merchants you might run into that are in the same situation in the future.

A reverse isn't the answer. And loan against a reverse isn't the answer either.

this is exactly why we stopped doing reverses... they negate the whole reason they took a reverse in the first place by taking out more funding
