This deal was funded over 3 months ago and entered into the courts literally yesterday, who cares if it was default, still way past clawback.

This is 100% your fault the merchant initiated a stop payment a week before you funded them, as evidenced in the courts. Nevertheless, you proceeded with the funding. It frustrates me that I have to compete with poor underwriting all day long.
