Consolidation type loan of 35k

I have a Florida company that is doing 900k in annual sales and has 35k remaining in pay off of prior fundings. He is looking to consolidate those 3 outstanding balances into one loan with a lower payment. If you are capable of doing so then please contact me asap. If you have any bright ideas then I would likewise be willing to listen.

But don't waste my time. This is not a file I would submit to Chase bank - because if that was the case - I would not be here- would I?

Can you provide more specifics? What kind of business? Time in Business? Are bank statements healthy? Except CC?
