annual business sales are about 800K
in business for over 6 years
looking for as much as 350K
owns over 2.5 million dollars in real estate with good equity
credit score is about 690
seeks a term-like loan with a rate of 6% or so

Can anyone say 'yes'-'this is a deal I can do'

If so-then give me an example of a client that you have financed recently that received a 6% like rate based on a profile similar to my merchant above

Prove to me that you can do the business- and I will work with you in getting the deal done.
