- Funding up to 500k (On one Contract)
- Paying up to 13 points (depending on the file)
- Up to 10 positions (maybe more depending on the file)
- Terms goes as far out as 120 days
- Must to do a minimum of 20k+ a month in revenue to qualify
- Minimum of 4 deposits per month
- Negative days up to 5 days per month OR more if they have Overdraft Protection
- Minimal stips

Specific Industry Requirements Industries: Trucking, Construction & Auto (must have 50k+ in deposits)
Restricted states: None

DEFAULTS-
- We can't fund a default if it was within the last 8 months.
- Judgments must either be satisfied or on some sort of a payment plan.


We are here to fund, without any hiccups or delays, our main goal is always the highest dollar amount.

You are willing to fund over pos 7-8 that is absolutely ridiculous. Who does that? Who wants to be associated with that type of funder? The industry is evolving. You would think you would start correctly, yet, your just cock roaching what your previous boiler room cronies trained you to do. Kick rocks with the ultra hyper-high risk junk. Your product is one of the main cancers in the industry. You are money oriented not merchant with that math. So with that I would hope you change things before you cause too much harm to others. Nick I do have a genuine question prior considering signing up when ready. Being you recently founded FundLink would wonder why you already have "New Guidelines"? That means you had old. With that is this a copy and paste like pinnacle post or...

Nick is absolutely nuts here. He needs to be banned. He changed from Pinnacle Advance which has no relation whatsoever to Pinnacle Business Funding (honest people)

I think you should build your business in the real world and come back in a year or so once you show and proved. As of now your a idea or a dream not at all a direct funder. That is earned through a track record not an ill-written df post of absurd claims.
