Long time ago that used to be how IOU used to charge their payments. I'm not sure if they are still doing it like that.

IOU started using them in 2017 and other loan companies like funding circle use them as a payment servicer. Some funders with inexperienced underwriters think its collections so beware of erroneous declines

Actually its probably Funding Circle. I just saw people going back and forth and I wanted to jump in, and didn't know which side to take.
