    Canadian Client $1.1mill of $2mill app'd Property Value in Equity Seeking LOC $250k

    Looking for lender that 1 specializes in RE Backed Term or Credit Lines and 2 Deals with Canadian manufacturers - they do around $70-80k month Principals credit around 750 area in business for over 5 years manufacturer and builder- contractors.
