$200k+ avg deposits

Needs $100k-$150k at ideally 12 month term with good pre-payment discounts.

Bad credit history, but verifiable revenue.

Will NOT allow a UCC due to the venture capital group not allowing it.

They are currently waiting on an ERC advance that has been approved but is just moving a little slow. Needs this $100k to bridge the gap.

Hi Rob,

If the VC is not willing to accept a UCC, I would highly recommend that you check the operating agreement to make sure the CEO/CFO you are trying to help has authority to do a financing.
