Few Meaningful Deposits
Where can I send a Construction file with only 1 to 3 meaningful deposits a month? if anywhere?
high 600s Fico , this is a 1st. Very few overall transactions & clean background.

I got an offer from CFG for a similar deal.
Wasn't construction though.

Ive funded with very few deposits here @ Capybara Capital......... in general its all about the story. Meaning someone can have 1 deposit from a plastic pellet company that buys all his Meltdowns.... I am not saying we fund someone with 1 deposit as a rule....Im saying if there is a good reason why it's only 1 -- i would love to hear about it......
