Equipment finance
I have a USA based client who just signed an $84 million USD contract with the Government of The Bahamas.
Client needs around 3 million USD in equipment.
Equipment will be purchased in the USA, but will be used in the Bahamas.
Client is also seeking a line of credit in the amount of 5 million USD.
Any lender out there for cross-border transactions?

Very hard to perfect liens in the Bahamas. You would be better served researching institutions on the specific island where the equipment will be kept and the invoiced entity is located.
