I have a USA based client who just signed an $84 million USD contract with the Government of The Bahamas.
Client needs around 3 million USD in equipment.
Equipment will be purchased in the USA, but will be used in the Bahamas.
Client is also seeking a line of credit in the amount of 5 million USD.

Does the client the have financials on their US business to justify a $3M SBA 7A loan? I had a client with $10M of manufacturing equipment in Brazil that got a SBA 7A for $2M collateralizing every company asset. Not sure the same might work for equipment finance companies.
