His revenue is to low to buy out the 40k balances and net half. Even if you can it will be a cheaper cost if you do a stack if the merchant is qualified than paying off the old balance and charge the merchant for it. Then if i fund him my program on first positions when they get there works a little like a line of credit where we add new mony to the backk of the old that extends the term out and makes the money cheaper as time goes on.

Don't know if it makes much sense to buy out a funder like IOU but if they just want one position and additional capital (which I know a lot of merchants ask for things like that) we can review. It probable won't be IOU terms, but if 7-9 months sounds reasonable you are welcome to submit it to me.
