    Who will fund a clothing wholesaler with 9 months time in business? The revenues are $109,000, 88,000, and $71,000. Had a nice offer of $40,000, but got killed in final uw for tib

    Was the TIB initial disclosed to the UW?

    Merchant FICO?
    State?
    Short Time in Business - any months showing profit?
    Real Estate ? Would they possibly qualify for a Bank Term Loan?

    It's funny you ask that. The business start date was input correctly, but often times, our system defaults to December 25 1969 on submissions. Not always.

    If the deposits are on the upswing not declining and strong daily balances I should be able to get it done I have 3 months tib minimum. My first position programs kind of work like a line of credit. I woulld need your one page app with 4 months of bank statements and mtd to review the file.

    Clothing manufactures and wholesalers have been factoring probably longer than any other industry. There are many out there that are non-bank entities that would probably help the prospect.
