    Lightbulb NEED 2nd position hard money on 1.2M Jersey Shore Beachfront Property

    Need a hard money loan on a 2nd position Jersey Shore Beachfront property. This is a rental home with excellent financials. Property value is $1.2M and it has a 1st position of $225k @4%.

    NEED $250k for 3 years as a 2nd position.

    It's not owner-occupied, it's a rental single-family home.

    This beach house listing makes $4000/wk in the summer and a minimum of $45k/yr in rental income.

    Use Biggerpockets to find the right Hard money lender if in good condition you can get past Appraisal possibly and fund in 10 days... If you need any help email Brian@futurefunding.co hard money deals only pay 1-2% from lender limited on max fees for secured transactions ..
