    Are all your deals priced?

    To iso's: Do you ever just not get responses on deals?

    To underwriters: Do you price every deal in your inbox or do you ever just skip some?

    We never skip, every deal always gets an answer. the only deals we skip are the ones from isos who have been cut off and still send

    I've had lenders not give responses on deals but almost 100% means its a decline but they were too busy to care about it and probably forgot, as long as its not common its not a big deal

    Ive seen deals go unanswered here and there --- you cant get thousands of subs a week and not have a few scenarios a week. either from not copying the right emails .. or set aside for another eye to look but that 'special desk' thats seeking to turnaround special (orignally) declined or etc ....can get backed up....
