Seriously though... the right representation for an experienced and serious closer is imperative. No matter what direction you take, you are entitled to judge the Company you "work" for. Deception and the same ol' MCA jargon forced sales push has lead people only so far. There's more to the Broker life than what is taught and passed down from ISO Shop to ISO Slop.

Don't be sold. Sell yourself but know your worth and if they can't afford you, walk. *Afford not in $ but in time and providing you consistency to grow. Leads are very important, yes... but backing up those leads is just as important.
