If the deal makes sense with what he does and has good credit and strong daily balances my company has done that before. Construction companies and all industry love our first position offers since they work like a line of credit where we do not refinance the old balance and charge the merchant double. They take shorter terms and renew a million times to get more money and a cheaper cost in the long run.
