Thank you for bringing up your concern. This program is in fact true to the rates as described above. We are able to offer factor rates of 1.03 up to 1.30 with the average approval sitting at 1.15-1.25 including commission. As you may understand, these rates are nothing like traditional MCA factor rates and thus will need more explaining for most brokers out there.
