Seeking a lender to do leaseback. Sleepercabins
Sleeper cabins. Cash out equipment loan.
Can anyone point me to a lender who would finance sleeper cabins? 70k or so each. 5-7. Free and clear. 2017-2021 models.

Here - repeated it...Fico isn't that relevant...does these 100% financing with Fico down to 585.
You mean sleeper cabs...
A lot are going to require 6 years TIB or 6 nCDL.
