Looking for a lender that would look at a janitorial file. Rev above 50k last 3 months but in Dec. Had some unpaid invoices had 7 negative days.
Would anyone touch this?

Does he get paid through credit cards at all? Did you get the mtd to see if the revenue went back up and has strong daily balances?

No CC. I have some of there invoices and I do have there MTD. There MTD Revenue is pretty similar to previous months. The Neg days is due to them not getting paid on time

So if his invoices were delayed and he was paid this month then the revenue should be higher this month an daily blances should be strong.

Suggest to the business owner they add credit cards as a payment option and e-checks - Even if they accepted partial payments,
it would help cash flow and possible avoid negative days.
