$200M-$5B Asset-Based Loan
Our firm represents a private group of investors.
MINIMUM $200M-$5B asset-based loan to scale operations or complete large projects.
To qualify, you will need to show proof of 35% equity in the asset or project.
If interested, you will need to provide a 1-2 page business plan including pro forma for consideration.
Terms are 1.5%/30yrs -
