    Whenever funders (who we are not signed up with) Hit me up and say let's work together etc... My response many times is ... What value do you bring to the table? There are 100 funders doing the same thing... Make a connect .. hook up me with a good lead source.. provide value... I'll give you the first look at all those deals etc.. (assuming we trust them)

    It's very hard. I am in the space for close to 4 years.. tried dozens of people promising the world.. 99% of them were total garbage. Our best results came from facebook ads.. those took a nose dive when FB changed targeting terms etc.. So to answer your question, there isn't one perfect consistent source (that I have found). Keep Grinding, be honest and G-D will provide.

    It all depends on what you want to filter by. I purchase old and new UCC data. I also target certain demographics like health and contracting with annual rev of at least 500k. I use other demographics as well but no matter how good or bad the data is you still have to pick up the phone and start dialing, texting and emailing. Its just a matter of time and numbers to get to the pay dirt. Its like mining for gold. Eventually you will hit the pay dirt. Also you have to have good sales skills and follow up skills. I cant stress this enough. I follow up at least 12 times. 12 different ways. Ive been doing this since 2015. SO THE BOTTOM LINE IS BUY THEM ALL.... ALL THE LEADS YOU CAN! AGED LEADS RECENT LEADS IT DONT MATTER!!!! BECAUSE YOU STILL WILL HAVE TO PICK UP THE PHONE AND SWAG IT OUT!!!! Sell or BE SOLD! - WALLER

    Pay no attention to the successful Isos responding, being all stingy with their sources and hogging all the 20 point commissions.
