Capybara Capital does have a 30 Day 1.11 Sell rate for specific merchants. Email me with Subject 1.11 Rate...Lets discuss further. I have quite a few merchants that use this to lock-up the larger merchants who cant hear anything above the low-teen rates max and know that the source of repayment is coming soon from large wholesaler.

We do prepay as well for all deals. (just need to request). --- our 1.11 program is how the deal gets structured.... Not as pre-pay.

So far idea financial and Channel partners have been giving me the best offers right now. Usually when Channel comes correct they beat out Mulligan by quite a few points and offer a monthly as well. Idea is super anti-stack and gives up to 30-36 months on the right file.

Our first piosition renewals are the best in the industry. We start off higher than other funders depending on the file but when we renew we do not refinance the merchant balance on renewals so the new deal gets cut in half and the cost is double. We just extend the term out the payment stays the same and when the old balances is done they pay on the new balance. I have merchants who have been funded 15-16 times over 4-5 years and have paid a total of around 35% cost of several years.

All the first position funder's targeting higher credit applicants compete. credibly, channel partners, kapitus, can capital, etc, etc

the br isn't the only thing to look at . dollar size offer, term length, early payoff discounts, stips to fund, and, who actually delivers the offer to funding and doesn't "chop" the offer down as part of their business model to hook you in.

Pretty much agree 100%, Also depends on the relationship you have with your A lenders. Good rapport means you can get exceptions made with terms, rates etc.

I would second Channel partners also. They've offered buy rates of 1.16 for 12–18-month deals, all the way up to 5-year deals.

They are a little selective about who they choose for Isos.

I barely consider Kapitus A paper as far as buy rate is concerned. Funding amount and term they can indeed compete, but they don't seem to be trying to compete with pricing at least over the last year or so. I can obviously only speak to the files that I've seen, but that's been my experience.

We offer 1.12 buy rates up to 13 months
We recently funded a 2nd position, 1.10 buy, 1.22 sell rate paying 12 to the ISO (medical file)
We are only funding up to $50k at the moment though
