They have a very profitable syndication fund running already for many years, they're opening a new box to syndicate on Medical "factoring". Client is looking to raise $5mm+ with a 2-year term at 12%, paid out monthly. Extremely secure, since they're only lending on/factoring Medical A/R from the big insurance companies.

They have a proper offering and deck, 3rd party administrator, completely transparent, etc. If a lender would want to come on, they could potentially also open them up to their MCA syndication fund as well. They used to be a direct funder, but chose this route instead. They'll take less money, but their overall goal is $5mm or more.
