Seeking experienced Sales Manager/Team Leader for large Brokerage shop (4M per month) that is rapidly expanding its footprint in the MCA space

Position
• Responsible for managing the sales floor
• Report directly to CEO
• Help create and manage sales funnels
• Hire
• Coordinate the sales team and strategies that increase quarterly funding numbers
• Provide training and support current and new sales-members of your team

Desired Qualifications:
• Proven closer with knowledge of merchant cash advances products.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task on a fast-paced sales floor
• Proven track record obtaining monthly/quarterly goals



Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the MCA Space
• CRM experience/ Salesforce

Full time position based in New York City
Salary + Commission
