Want To Buy Book of Business/Portfolio

We are interested in buying books of business and portfolios of your existing and past clients. If you recently left the cash advance industry and are looking to sell your book we will pay top dollar. Other industry books may be a good fit as well, such as leasing companies, payroll companies, or processing companies. Either reply to this post or PM me. We will pay top dollar.

Want To Buy Book of Business/Portfolio

This is like one of those Craigslist 420 ads. Are you a cop? Who do you work for?

We're just interested in books of business. There are plenty of people who left the industry and still have their customer list. Why not sell it and make some money?

A more formal post perhaps would have been better. Something outlining your company name, some info on what you're offering, website, etc......
That may draw more attention but I will agree with most on here and say anyone leaving the business right now with a decent book is crazy

What is the value of a book of business anyway? This isn't exactly like swapping baseball cards. Merchants may choose to stick to the previous sales rep because of the relationship or they may choose not to renew or leave for a different funder or go out of business. There are way too many variables.

We've had a lot of luck cross selling. Obviously there is value there.

So how are you coming up with valuations?

The valuations vary. It all depends on a lot of different factors. If you are interested PM me.

You will have to value your book at a discount to the average annual gross revenue it generated over the last 3 years.

You would indeed be crazy to do this.

What does any of this have to do with Pearl?
There are investors in the market for books of business and even entire ISO's.

3 years? That might have been the case pre 2012, but now with all the stacking and a million different funds out there making offers to steal away merchants?
