Doesn't that get in your way when it comes time to collect since the factoring company has the first UCC ?

The factoring just shows consistent deposits which the biz owner doesnt need to chase down due to the factoring being in place.

$20-40k is low for trucking, but we'll review if the business is depositing $200k+ average/month. At least 2 years t.i.b, 600+ FICO and must have organic deposits/verifiable vendors (can't be all factored). We fund trucking, minimum 10k a month, as little as 1 truck.

We base our offers on whether they have recurring receivables. If currently factoring, we would need the factor to sign a 1 page inter-creditor agreement.
