250k per month but in a small modified payment plan

Food truck owner in business since 2015. Took 10k on 2/11/22 and then had a food truck fire. Modified payments from 290 down to 20 and got back on his feet now doing 250k per month. Decent credit. Now needs capital to bridge him until his bank loan funds. Thnx

Did he make up all the back payments and is his payments back to normal. And can he prove the fire.

250k is a lot of money per month for one food truck.

Here is the short (its Friday) Yes there are answers that would lead us to making an offer. (fire report/ new truck paperwork etc).... But as I tell the 20-30 new brokers a week calling in with great-deal-scenarios that if they signed-up a week ago they would get a RUSH-OFFER-IN-ASAP-MODE --- My point to all is get Signed-Up Now so when the Half-Mill-month commercial contractor comes in your inbox you can get the 500KK Capybara Offer within a flash!! marcus@capybarausa.com

If he is still in a modified payment and making that much money and looking to take another position instead of paying the obligation he has first we wont touch that. Most of the good funders i am sure will not either.

If he is making payments, even though they are lowered, we will consider. Granted it will be a conservative offer considering he is paying $20/day and averaging 250k a month.

Also depends on where his revenue comes from. If it is all cash, we can not help. If he has processing we can consider.

$250k with one truck is an awesome accomplishment. That being said, this deal is right up my alley. Most of the guys responding here can't fund anyone that has previous defaults or is currently on lowered payments. I CAN! Send it over at the info below, and let's get this one done
    We specialize in funding:
    Deals w prior Defaults
    "Over Leveraged" deals
All Positions (as long as there is space)

I look forward to hearing from you.
