I fund itins as long as the bank statements look good and they have been in business for a good period of time and established in there neighborhood. We will probably cap the first deal at 3-5 months. But as long as we are first position our renewals work like a line of credit where we do not refinance the old balance. We just extend the term out and keep the payments the same and when the old balance finishes they strt paying on the new balances.
