We have the capability to go up that high - We dont do it often, but Ive done a handful in the past. Feel free to reach out, if youd like to share more.

The only other Funder ide recommend for a file of this size that truly does also have the capability is Delta, maybe EBF and Forward (Not sure if they go up that high) but their terms are solid based on the fundings i see them do.

I can vouch for Marcus in regards to smaller deals funded. However I have not seen them in the larger files that I review.

Asking for trade references from a funder making HUGE claims is a very normal practice.
