    Who are you guys using for 1MM-3MM Term Loans these days???

    Also what about for Jumbo Loans of 30MM+ ?????

    Really depends on the industry and if there's real estate or collateral etc.

    Up to $15MM term loan at 10 years probably at 12% now
    SBA 7A up to $5MM.
    85% collateralized with business assets or personal assets.
    Private money for loan amounts above $15MM

    Tmrnow will go up to a million if qualified and max term is 12 months if qualified based on credit daily balances time in business and industry.

    I can fund projects starting at $10M (smaller deal-by-deal) 80% LTC of the entire project. Private lender. I have other lenders but they're require collateral and higher rates than what my main lender brings to the table.

    No personal guarantee. If it's ground up, no collateral, my lender uses their assets to get best cost of capital to pass underwriting and tailor-make terms and conditions, deferments *no payments until in revenue, much more.

    Can be JV partner or creative financing. RE, business acquisition or purchase, M/A, acquisitions, cannabis, lender is industry agnostic as long as the deal makes sense.

    Every deal is custom, no cookie cutter, no funds, stackers, packagers, etc. Direct source to negotiate.
