    Need A 2nd Position Lender For Restaurant With Negative days

    The merchant has a cc split and is looking for a second-position ach deal.

    1. October - $36,106 in deposits/ 6 days negative/ $2018 ending balance/ $1,252 avg. monthly balance
    2. September - $71,969 minus a $25,000 cash advance deposit ($46969) / 5 days negative/ $2355 ending balance/ $4,889 avg. monthly balance
    3. August - $49,927,106 in deposits/ 4 days negative/ $1,375 ending balance/ $1,535 avg. monthly balance

    Anything you stack this with will default in days.

    It would be senile to fund a Merchant that still has more than 5 negative days AFTER being funded $25k.

    That's piss poor money management.

    I am glad to see there are other people that sees things like that. And he has a cc split so if the sales drop his payments drops and he still has poor daily balances. Anyone that gives the merchant a stack is only putting the merchant in a worse spot that he already is in.

    Forget negative days. How many NSFs does he have per month? I don't care if the merchant's balance is negative or if he has overdrafts as long as the bank is paying my debit. If he has returned items even after being funded $25K, I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. Also, notice that in September, he ended the month with only $2355 even after getting $25K. He's running through the funds too quickly.
