Isn't this who ALL MCA funders were designed to fund? Anyone should be able to do this, just be careful that you're not going competing with another broker who will give a better position and lower fees. Make sure you know the balance of the first position. Send this to all of your best 2nd position funders, it doesn't sound like D paper at all. UNLESS the BK included some other MCA funders! In which case, it's significant hair on the deal.
