I am looking for a 600K reverse, with 7 positions.
1st deal falls off in 2 months last deal is in 8 months mostly corporate deals.

If they have property, do a hard money loan to pay these off.
Tell them to hire an accountant.

A lot of the reverse consolidation people do 600k. However, there's probably a better solution out there that's collateralized or not and can make him whole. A reverse is a broker's dream, but there are some better, more legit solutions TBH. Industry? AR? RE? LOC? How's the credit and what's the industry? Send me a DM to discuss more.
