A valid reason NOT to accept credit cards for data. Even e-checks have a certain amount of risk.
The best payment solution in a non-face to face environment is The CashBox DEBIT Card is best to process contactless
**Closed Loop payments, by high risk merchants, from their customers, face-to-face, by phone or online, in real time. The CashBox DEBIT Card enables customers to use their cell phone number as the "New Way to Pay" in a secure way, as they must approve each payment, to a text message automatically displayed on their cellphone within seconds from submitting a payment. This extra security feature eliminates chargebacks and disputes.Dave Lambert, Business Development

Hell its a holiday, I got some time to spare.
Dave, this product I will say is not useless. I will refrain from taking this to a form of insulting or bad mouthing you in this post.
The product you recommend here is flawed. No Merchant will want to use this service knowing that they can not feel protected about their transaction.
Who's to say that the actual business accepting this payment form is not fraudulent themselves? 10 out of 10 times anybody in here will prefer a card that offers to protect them in the event there needs to be a dispute.
And if you think about it, how do you load this "card"? By using your funds by mostly a credit or debit card. So the transferring of funds to this "card" CAN BE DISPUTED.The Brokers Nightmare

The merchant is protected since it is nearly impossible for the customer to initiate a charge-back.
If you take money from your ATM - Bank Account and load your own account - your going to initiate a charge-back against yourself?
Consider this, can you charge-back a WU or MoneyGram Transaction? It may be possible, but, not easy.
If and when there is a "dispute' is is handled directly between the merchant and his/her client - NO 3rd party involvement.Dave Lambert, Business Development

Update: Ackers Capital's management team has stepped in and rectified the situation and made a good faith payment to reverse the chargeback amount. I appreciate their cooperation. The dispute has not been decided. Ackers Capital has agreed to keep working with Cashyew. Both companies are committed to a long-term business relationship.
