Merchant does roughly 50k a month, is using personal account but has a bank letter stating that account is owned by the llc and is used for business. I know this is an automatic decline but let me know if there is Any one you can recommend to work outside of the box on this one

Why don't they convert it to a business account? Any funder working with this merchant is opening themselves up to usury suits...bad bad news.

This screams tax evasion to me lol

There is no reason a business should be operating out of a personal account. I wouldn't touch a personal account with a ten-foot pole.

Not true...many people use Square and PayPal into their personal accounts....I meant Capitalize just requires a business account for 3 days.

    Thank you.
If the bank account is owned by the llc and used for the business then why is it not a business bank account under the llc name. This sounds very fishy.
