Size is $1-20 million. I can answer any direct underwriting questions in the comments for loan sizing criteria but its very easy - as long as borrower has a net worth to support loan amount its fine by us. Emphasis on the net worth - should be in the ballpark of 1.5x-2x the loan amount. Since its recourse we don't care if leases are about to come due or if the guy is a non U.S. citizen. As long as the property is cash flowing we are going to be very competitive. We are aggressively chasing these deals so @ 75% leverage and 30 year am. we're more than likely beating out any regional bank your client has prior business with. Again, we are DIRECT.
