Clean deal can get it done anywhere but issue is wants monthly or 2x a month. First pos is weekly. He's always taken weekly but wants 2x month or monthly now.

Who can fund a 6 month 500k 2nd with 2x orc1x a month payment, and pay 10+, at 1.25-1.41 with 2-3 orig fee?

Depending on a few factors, mainly the A/R, we can consider Bi-weekly or monthly. To be transparent, Monthly would have to be a great looking deal, bi-weekly is easier.

I have a 2 times a month payment if qualified on a first position. If the file is really strong and the gross reserve on his current position and the new one is low enough maybe i can get it done as a second. If we do do it for that program and dollar size our fees will be 2.5% and the factor rate would be something like 1.31 paying 7 total for 6 months roughly.

If the file is that strong i can talk to management about giving an exception on 2 times a month payment. The rate would be looking around 1.31 for 6 months paying 7 points and 2.5 orgination fee.
