the isaacov have been the lowlifes of this industry for years even before john braun and solomon came on the scene .
as far as the merchant stories to have taken with those type of guys and deals there has to be a lot more to the story that is not being said . whether they had 5 positions or sub 500 fico or a default file . but some reason he took them

Everyday Funding, thats a spin off of yellowstone right? Or one of the 6-7 arms there? Pretty sure their payoff letter is the same as the rest of them.

    Ribbis de'oraisa with the PG.

    1.499/181 with day 151 balloon.
    Not horrible.
But when you add in 15 point in fees!

Then Eagle Eye stacked him 3 weeks later with this one, 1.499 over 120 with 10% "underwriting fee":

    Here's Joel's countersuit:

No. A Z lender I am hesitant to name because they have threatened me with baseball bats on numerous occasions and I don't feel like shooting anyone this close to Yom Kippur.

In 2019, I had a file come in where they used all 3 of their pools PLUS JB's Bridge Funding for something like $2MM to a car dealership conglomerate on the East Coast. Must have been 10th position by the time I saw it.

He defaulted shortly after and I don't believe they ever collected much.

When will people learn to stop with Everyday, Everyweek, and All year, and start funding with legit funders such as Onion Advance, Potato Capital, and Pickle Juice Funding

I am not sure who is advising Benny, but writing aliases in a sworn document when you know the identities is perjury. They can John Doe it if the judge approves, but I think that is it.

He knows who "Jessie Roberts", "Kevin Brown", and my personal favorite, "Ari Everyday" are.

Only John Doe and only with a court's approval. You can't just make up a name to use in a suit.

Yikes. I don't care how much a merchant defaulted on me for, I am not going to insult their religion or ethnicity. This is business, it's not supposed to be personal.
