We're a boutique funder in the SMB space that performs well with dedicated ISOs that know their deals. We fund 1st and 2nd position deals in all 50 states on A/B paper only. We started in the lower-middle market debt space facilitating traditional debt financing in the $2-10M range. For the record, we do still provide those options if you are interested. Over the past 3 years, we have seen our MCA book perform well and are looking to outlay additional debt in the space with the help of a few additional ISOs.

Our underwriting guidelines are as follows:
TIB: 12 months minimum
FICO: 600+
Ownership: 50%
Monthly Revenue: $40k min
CC Split: yes
BK: closed at least 12 months
Liens/Judgements: On a payment plan
Payment Frequency: Daily, Weekly, Semi-monthly
Prepayment Discounts: yes

Our average buy rate is 1.25 but can get as low as 1.09. Our Terms extend out to 18 months.

The most common term is 9-12 months, with 18 months being our maximum at this time.
