    Offering Fake Term Loan

Another client is being offered a fake term loan by Black Swan Capital. See the attached picture of what they're sending clients. They have been kicked out of EBF, LCF, Torro and many other lenders for doing this.
Black Swan Capital's (NYC) Owner name is Wayne Chappel, 917-204-0224 and never do business with him if you're a lender or business looking for money. If you're a lender, kick these guys out of your company to save the litigation from their clients defaulting after realizing they're never getting the "term loan". Reach out to me for more if you need more proof.

I can confirm the claims made on this post. Just another bad apple here.

He's just going to rotate about until he runs out of funders.

This is not a new concept .....I think like anything .... eventually the FTC gets wind of these complaints (triggered by a merchant that had enough!) and they look into these stuff.

Pretty sure that's not the real owner. Seems like they put an employees info on the drivers license and W9 info when they signed up with lenders.
