    Bridge Loan lender

    I am looking for a lender who can fund a real estate merchant who want 2.5 million short term collateralized bridge loan. he is ready to put 5.5 million worth of real estate as a collateral. Anyone who can fund this deal. please reach out to me.

    Yeah but will take a month or less....and what kind of real estate is it...land, commerical, investment or what?

    Appraisal will take some time. Can do a blanket lien if more than one property. Have one lender who can can do no prepay or 3 month prepay. Is the collateral liquid, not a crack house or in a high crime area? Can't do primary residence.

    Real estate merchant - so it is a fix and flip?

    Just FYI - have 6 in process right now.

    Too many question to determine what lender....
