This is an interesting one. Why so many MCAs with great credit? There's probably a factor in first position, that's likely the answer. I do believe that I have several ideas, please send me an email. I would not go personal loan on this one, but there are some real lines of credit that could work.

With how things are in this country, you cant always get what you want. Especially when the Merchant gets *****d out like this one.

We would potentially be able to give an offer on this at Dlp Funding. Don't wanna promise but that's definitely something that's in our wheelhouse. Max leverage for a reverse is around 70%

If those 3 have declined it, it will not be an easy one. Don't hold your breath on this deal.

I have no idea why they decline him. It seems like a perfect merchant. He meets the guidelines and has positions with all huge funders. I am eager to fund this you just send us the file and we'll give you the world.

Based on the places you sent it to already you don't need to be careful about sending out to places that are 'serious" lol.... ......

I'm doing something now with two similar files, there's a shot at doing something, NOT a reverse. The only challenge is being willing to co-broker it. But if you're at your wit's end, let me know.

oh oh thats not a good sign. Do you think that these 1.5-1.7 mil will keep on coming "comfortably" after this decline? He still has 600 k in balances. Before I hit the fund button on this one, I need a numbers guy here to help me out. After all its a new economy

Thanks for the good word everybody. IF it can be done is the question. Now that the spotlight is on me, let's talk. I have never once looked at a file, "guessed" what to do with it, then "shot it around to see what sticks" like everyone else in the MCA does using Centrex. It's a question of sharpshooting, not machine gunning. Several times I've sent a lender a scenario about a deal, the rep says "yes", I have the broker send me what they have, then underwriting rejects it, I'm just as upset as you are. I can't get everything done, some deals are just too tough. If there's a way to help the merchant and the broker, I certainly try!

SBA has a program to pay off these MCA's... unfortunately, it only goes up to $350k. I've funded a few of these deals in the last month. Funds in 10-14 days.
