Look into asset based financing....does he have property for a no doc hard money loan? Can he qualify for a personal loan? Business credit card or LOC?

Poor cash flow. Financing the inventory will not work nor would financing any assets that would require a term note vs. collateral.

His personal income is 1.2M gross annual, rev on the business is 7M. This man does not have cash flow issues, he has exotic cars and a giant house. 1.36M in gold/silver inventory being offered as collateral, he shouldn't have issues paying back, if he does the collateral is gold and silver.

1. Do a personal loan which is up to $250K Need 700+ Fico and use personal tax return. Micah can do that.

2. Use equity in the house - go to the bank and get a LOC.

3. MoneyMetals.com can collateralize precious metal (they claim).

I’ll take it on, what’s the actual inventory? Gold bars? Or gold and silver coins and trinkets?
