    There are guys here who fund satisfied defaults. I got one at 80 days for a not satisfied default. I would want to see more information. Average monthly deposits, is the $600K a loan amount or annual sales? Current debt? or first position? Fico? Too much information missing. I'm sure several will speak up with more information on the situation.
