    Ground Up Real Estate Construction Loan

    I'm looking for a direct lender willing to loan for ground up construction for a client with a FICO of 600.
    Anybody got any ideas?

    Maybe...I assume they own the land outright and have permits and entitlements? What the loan amount, ARV? Type of construction...SFR's, commercial or ? Why the low Fico?

    The reason I ask is one of my "lenders" uses investment pools and thus I can get LOI's on situations that normal "lenders" would not do. Like blanket hard money loans combining land and structures. And Fico's below 600.

    Need more info than you provided. Whats the loan amount needed? Location? Asset type (residential or commercial)? Is this A&D + construction? Or is the land already purchased. Borrower experience?
