Before you go through that list, I suggest you might want to team up with someone who has experience doing these...a lot of brokers here have contacted me on SBA declined files that I was able to get approved.

I would be more than happy to explain the different term loan options (some SBA and some not) and what you night run...into and then you can decide if you want to handle it yourself or seek further help.

    Your choice.

Thanks guys for your input. I don't think they want an SBA Loan. They are looking for a Term Loan, at least (12) months with decent weekly payments. They have (2) outstanding MCA's, totaling $290K. Excellent credit score, month deposits of $800K-$1M.

    Howie,

I can help them with a term loan to consolidate the MCA's. I will DM you a short questionnaire and pre-qual form.

Why would a merchant want to use new money to payoff old money. When you do that it just makes the new money even more expensive. Why would a business want long term deals when business always needs money which is proven with him having 2 current advances and probably more. The merchant needs a short term advance that gives a lower rate and on renewals the funder just extends the term out keeps the one same payment like a line of credit. This is the type of program my company offers on a 1st position mca. You can reach me at either scott@tmrnow.com or 212-220-9872.
